Shipping policy

Products are available for delivery to the following countries: Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Faroe Islands, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.

Shipping and delivery of the purchased Product will be via the international courier BRT (or a company directly or indirectly affiliated with it), using two types of service that may be available alternatively, depending on the delivery address. The costs for these services will be specified at checkout:

"Economy" Delivery: takes approximately 3-5 business days for delivery of the package from preparation;
"Express" Delivery: takes approximately 1-2 business days for delivery of the package from preparation.

Delivery is considered complete when the shipment is physically available to the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer. Delivery will be confirmed by signing the delivery note at the address indicated by the Customer in the Order request or according to the courier's standard procedures.

CHIOZZA E TURCHI undertakes to deliver the Products by the date indicated in the Order summary or, failing that, within the estimated delivery period based on the selected delivery method and in any case within 30 days from the Order confirmation date.

In the event of delays and/or changes to the delivery of the ordered Product, CHIOZZA E TURCHI will promptly notify the Customer, who may alternatively set a new delivery date or cancel the Order. In the event of cancellation, SMNOVELLA will refund the Customer the full amount paid for the Order.

Deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays.

For Orders delivered to Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Guernsey, Iceland, the Faroe Islands, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Serbia, the price is exclusive of VAT, any customs duties (which, if applicable, will be paid by the Customer to the courier), and delivery costs.

Unable to Deliver

If delivery is impossible for reasons attributable to the Customer, CHIOZZA E TURCHI will verify the location of the Product and the collection methods. If the Product has not been delivered/collected by the Customer within 30 days of the Order confirmation date, the Contract will be deemed terminated.

CHIOZZA E TURCHI will refund the cost of the Product, provided it has not been damaged and is still saleable. Shipping/delivery costs will be borne by the Customer.

Complimentary Shipping

Free "Economy" shipping is valid only for delivery addresses in the following countries: Italy, Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Vatican City, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Isle of Man, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Hungary, Belgium, France, Spain, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Guernsey, Iceland, Jersey, Norway, Liechtenstein, and the United Kingdom.
